Product Description:
Hydroentanglement is a process of fiber consolidation and winding by using a fine high pressure water jet. The process of producing nonwovens by this method involves first carding the fibers into a web structure and then passing the web through a series of high-pressure water curtains that are used to entangle the fibers and create many fiber-to-fiber interweaving points. This technology produces nonwoven fabrics with high fabric uniformity, high strength-to-weight ratio, low average pore size and increased absorption properties.
Specially customized filter media spunlace felts have a three-dimensional filtration layer. When the filtrate flows through the filter media, particles are retained on the inner surface and deeper layers of the filter media due to the deep filtration mechanism, and the special filter media production process provides high capture efficiency for fine particles.
