Product introduction:
Dust filter bag is the heart of the operation of the bag filter, usually cylindrical pulse type filter bag is hung vertically in the dust collector dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, passes through the guide plate of the ash hopper, so that some of the large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertia force and fall directly into the ash hopper. The dusty gas enters the filter bag filtering area of the box, most of the dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag, while the clean gas enters the inside of the filter bag through the filter media, and the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag opening and then is discharged from the air outlet. The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the bag and prevent the bag from collapsing, while it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake.
Dust filter bag is a kind of high efficiency dust filter media, with good ventilation performance, high dust removal efficiency, and certain acid resistance, alkali resistance and heat resistance, dust filter bag is taken polyester staple fiber or long fiber as raw material, divided into room temperature and high temperature filter media, long service life, good air permeability, high dust collection rate, dust removal efficiency up to 99.999%.
